At Viazzon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect and package every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened perfumes are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the original packaging
- Order number
Our support team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless defective)
- Gift cards or free promotional items
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment only
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only offered for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
